Actual logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, returns, FBA/FBM preparation, omnichannel, or other services are subject to availability and may require a separate written agreement, onboarding documentation, operating procedures, pricing schedule, or other terms. If these website Terms conflict with a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement will control for the services covered by that agreement.

4. Shipping and Third-Party Carriers

Shipping services may involve independent carriers and other third parties. Carrier pricing, delivery estimates, tracking, restrictions, claims procedures, delays, and service availability may be governed by the applicable carrier’s terms.
